Private military contractors are flourishing today; many corporations and private citizens need protection above and beyond simple security guards and bodyguards. Those who work for private military contractors need to train, and using an AK Airsoft rifle is one way to do this.Getting time on the range or field will mean being able to simulate real combat situations and will mean being trained to respond to actual threats. However, paintball guns and BB guns often don't help to train a person properly. Using an AK Airsoft rifle, if you expect to use a real AK47 or other model, is the best choice for getting this training. Many private military contractor companies use AK Airsoft rifles for their training and accept nothing less, and with good reason.Consider two quick tips as to why you might consider using an AK Airsoft rifle when training, and even for role playing and other combat games.
Cut and Weight
One reason that it's counterproductive to try to train with a paintball gun or toy guns is that they have no resemblance to real weapons. This means that when you do get a real weapon in your hands, you may fumble with its weight, trigger pressure, and so on. An AK Airsoft rifle is cut and weighted to resemble a real AK47 rifle, and other models, so that you get real training. When you finally get that real AK rifle in your hands, you're more capable with it if you train with an AK Airsoft rifle.Getting accustomed to the weight, length, barrel, safety, and other elements of a real rifle is imperative if you plan on facing real combat or threatening situations. Using an AK Airsoft rifle can be compared to running outdoors to train for an outdoor marathon, as opposed to training on a treadmill. The treadmill just cannot simulate those outdoor situations and elements as easily, in the same way that a paintball gun or BB gun cannot train you in the way an AK Airsoft will.
Safety
The one difference between an AK Airsoft rifle and a real rifle is safety. The Airsoft shoots pellets at a slower velocity than a real gun and other training weapons, meaning they're safer overall. Even at close range, you have less risk with an AK Airsoft rifle than you will with other training guns or even paintball guns.Obviously you still need to be mindful of your safety when training with an AK Airsoft rifle. Wear headgear, gloves, eye protection, and other protective gear even if role playing. The pellets shot by an AK Airsoft rifle can lodge in the skin if shot at close range, and the eyes and face are especially vulnerable to injury if they're not covered. Using an AK Airsoft rifle for training can give you the advantage over someone that has not trained properly in this way. You'll be more skilled when in real combat situations and better able to provide adequate protection when needed.
