There are a number of municipalities that place restrictions on the ownership of Air Guns and the ability of SimplyBBGuns.com to ship Air Guns to those jurisdictions.  Unfortunately our compliance with these restrictions places a burden on you, our customers. However, we ask you to comply with the laws of your town, city, county, county and state.

It is up to you to know your local laws and to fully comply with those laws.

We cannot ship Air Guns to: Washington,D.C.; Chicago, IL; New York City (including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island), NY; Philadelphia, PA; Johnson City, TN.

New Jersey - Special Shipping instructions for any air gun being shipped to New Jersey residents.

Pellet guns & BB guns - Residents can buy pellet guns and BB guns from SimplyBBGuns.com by following these steps: 

1) Place your order online at SimplyBBGuns.com as you normally would.

2) Then go to your local gun store and have them assist in acquiring the appropriate New Jersey firearms permit (Note: air guns are considered firearms according to New Jersey state law: Title 2C:39-1).

3) Then your local gun store must fax a copy of their FFL (Federal Firearms License) toSimplyBBGuns.com at 1-877-924-7486 in order for us to ship the gun you ordered.

Airsoft guns may be restricted by some local New Jersey laws. It is up to you to determine if Airsoft guns may be owned, possessed or used without special permits in your municipality.

Michigan - Special Shipping Instructions for pellet guns being shipped to Michigan residents:

Pellet guns: Residents may purchase anything on SimplyBBGuns.com except for pellet guns measuring 30 inches or less (overall length) or guns that have silencers or baffles (either internal or external) that will silence, muffle or in any way reduce the report (sound) of an air gun. Guns that are 30 inches or less in overall length are regulated by the State, and require a concealed gun permit or a state license to purchase a pistol.

Michigan residents may purchase pellet guns that require state permits or licenses by following these steps:

1) Place your order online at SimplyBBGuns.com as you normally would.

2) Find a local participating gun dealer or gun retailer and let us know where to ship your air gun. The item will be shipped to the gun dealer or retailer in your area.

3) Go to your local police department and get a permit to purchase the pellet gun. Each pellet gun purchased must have a separate permit.

4) After the permit is issued to you by the police, take it to the gun store where your gun was shipped.

5) After the permit is presented to the store and their fee is paid, they will give you the air gun.

6) Take the air gun back to the police department for a safety check and ballistics test.

7) After the tests are conducted and the police determine that the air gun is safe you can take the air gun home.

Illinois - Any air gun being shipped to Illinois with a velocity over 700 ft/sec requires that we ship the air gun to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.

1) Place your order online at SimplyBBGuns.com as you normally would.

2) Then go to your local gun store and have them assist you by receiving the shipment from SimplyBBGuns.com

3) Then your local gun store must fax a copy of their FFL (Federal Firearms License) to SimplyBBGuns.com at 1-877-924-7486 in order for us to ship the gun you ordered.

These are the laws that we currently are aware of. You must check your local ordinances before ordering from SimplyBBGuns.com to verify that you can legally buy and/or own an Air Gun in your state or city.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All website and telephone payments are securely processed using state of the art SSL (secure socket layer) technology. SimplyBBGuns.com accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal payments. PayPal payments can be made using a checking or savings account or your debt or credit cards.

Warranties, Returns and Replacements

Warranty Period

Unless otherwise noted, all of our air guns (except for airsoft) have a one-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. All of our airsoft guns have a 30-day warranty unless otherwise noted.  Please call the manufacturer's Customer Service department directly to resolve any warranty issues.  We will be happy to help facilitate manufacturer warranty returns with any purchase documentation that may be required.  You can always access your past purchase information by logging into your SimplyBBGuns.com account at My Account.

 

Returns and Replacements

In the event that you must return an item, we have established a simple process for processing merchandise returns. Please review the following regarding our Return and Replacement policies and procedures:

 

Requesting a Return Authorization
 Items to be returned must be in unused condition and in the original packaging with all accessories included. Equipment that has been opened from sealed packaging or has been used is not returnable.

To return products to SimplyBBGuns.com you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This allows us to efficiently track and process your return. RMA requests must be requested via email - .

Please have your order number, or our confirmation number available as proof of purchase when you request the RMA.

The RMA number provided to you MUST be written on the outside of the shipping package for immediate identification. Without an RMA number, packages cannot be accepted. We provide shipping instructions (see below) at the time the RMA number is assigned. RMA numbers will expire 30 days from the date of issue. All RMA items must be returned to SimplyBBGuns.com during the 30 day period. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
