Shipping & Delivery
We are pleased to ship throughout the USA using UPS, USPS and FedEx.  Please pick the appropriate ground or "rush" shipping method at checkout.  For USA domestic shipping, will choose the best method and carrier for the shipment of your order based on delivery speed, distance and tracking efficiency. If you have a preference for a shipping carrier please clearly state your preference to us in the order notes or by sending us an email or calling us. We will evaluate your request and advise you as to whether we can accomodate your request.
Some of our warehouses have shipping restrictions based on your location and product ordered. For instance, a warehouse may not ship via USPS or UPS, a warehouse may not ship to your city or state because of restrictive laws, or a warehouse may require an adult signature for delivery.
Please note that if you choose PayPal for payment of your order, your shipping charge may be originally processed at a "commercial" UPS or FedEx shipping rate.  We will review your order, and If your shipping address is a residential address we will adjust the shipping charge to reflect the correct residential rate as charged by FedEx or UPS. This may add an additional amount of approximately $3.00 to your PayPal payment. Product Availability, Delivery and Transfer of Title

We do not control and therefore cannot guarantee availability of an ordered product.  If we are unable to deliver an ordered product to you due to insufficient inventory, we will notify you and you may do one of the following things: 1) request that your order be placed in Pre-order Status which means that the product will be shipped when it becomes available, in which case you will be charged for the purchase at the time of your Pre-order Status request and you may cancel the Pre-order at any time prior to shipment ; 2) request that your order be placed in Backorder Status which means that you may be charged for the purchase when the product becomes available and your product may be shipped when it becomes available; or 3) cancel and request that the product not be delivered, in which case you will not be charged. We are not responsible for, and disclaim any responsibility for, any damage you may suffer due to unavailability of a product you ordered.

We will begin the shipping process for the products you ordered upon receipt of full payment for the purchase. The products will be delivered to the address you provided at the time of the order. We will make best efforts to deliver the products in a safe and timely fashion, however, we are not responsible for and disclaim any responsibility for events beyond our control including, without limitation, acts of God, transportation, mechanical or other system failures or interruptions, weather conditions, strikes or other business interruptions, or acts of public authorities, including customs and health officials, that prevent or delay shipment. Title to the products you ordered passes to you, and you become the owner of them, at the moment they are transferred to the shipping carrier for delivery to you. Except as otherwise may be provided herein, at the moment of transfer to the carrier you assume all risk associated with those products and we are not liable for their loss, damage or destruction.

Delivery of product is subject to the rules of the shipping carrier used by us, in particular, those covering signature acknowledging receipt of product. If you are absent from the delivery point designated by you at the time of delivery, it is your responsibility to recover the products according to the rules of the shipping company that is attempting to make delivery to you.

Once you have placed an order you want your new items to be delivered quickly. We strive to provide the quickest shipping to your address and will choose the best shipping carrier to ensure timely delivery based on your choice of regular ground shipping or "rush" shipping. If the item you order is in stock, it will usually ship from our warehouses within 1 to 3 business days. Items that are in short supply or on allocation from our manufacturers may take up to 30 business days to ship.  We will inform you by email or phone if your order is delayed. 
Certain air gun and airsoft items will require that an adult signature be provided to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery due to local laws and regulations.  Please contact us by telephone or by email if you have special delivery needs that will be affected by these signature requirements.
CO2 Shipping Restrictions
CO2 can only be shipped by ground, not by air. Please consider this fact when choosing a shipping method for your order. Please choose a ground shipping method for orders that include CO2. Due to postal regulations, CO2 cannot be shipped internationally.
International Shipping, Customs, Import Duties, Taxes and Tariffs
If you live outside of the United States of America, all shipments to your location are subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs charges, VAT, etc. which may be applied by your government when your ordered shipment arrives in your country. It is your responsibility as the importing customer to research and to know the import laws of your country and to pay any duties, taxes, tariffs, customs charges, VAT, etc. which may be applied by your government. Please check with your local customs office to determine these charges.
Once a shipment is released to the freight carrier's possession, you agree to take full responsibility for the legality of importing any shipments ordered from our website.
Please contact your Customs Service authority to obtain necessary information and permits to assure that your merchandise will be released to you and not confiscated or destroyed. cannot and will not be responsible for any act of confiscation or destruction of your merchandise by the Customs authority of your country. We will not credit you or refund your purchase amount if the destruction or confiscation of your merchandise does occur.

There are a number of municipalities that place restrictions on the ownership of Air Guns and the ability of to ship Air Guns to those jurisdictions. Unfortunately our compliance with these restrictions places a burden on you, our customers. However, we ask you to comply with the laws of your town, city, county, county and state. 
It is up to you to know your local laws and to fully comply with those laws.
We cannot ship Air Guns to: Washington,D.C.; Chicago, IL; New York City (including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island); Philadelphia, PA; Johnson City, TN. We DO ship to Long Island, NY and Upstate NY.
New Jersey - Special Shipping instructions for any air gun being shipped to New Jersey residents.
Pellet guns & BB guns - New Jersey residents can buy pellet guns and BB guns from by following these steps:
  1. Place your order online at as you normally would.
  2. Then go to your local gun store and have them assist in acquiring the appropriate New Jersey firearms permit (Note: air guns are considered firearms according to New Jersey state law: Title 2C:39-1).
  3. Then your local gun store must fax a copy of their FFL (Federal Firearms License) to at 1-877-924-7486 in order for us to ship the gun you ordered.

Many of our New Jersey customers have their purchases shipped to friends or family outside of New Jersey prior to registering their BB or pellet guns with the state.

Airsoft guns may be restricted by some local New Jersey laws. It is up to you to determine if Airsoft guns may be owned, possessed or used without special permits in your municipality.
Michigan - Special Shipping Instructions for pellet guns being shipped to Michigan residents:
Pellet guns: Residents may purchase anything on except for pellet guns measuring 30 inches or less (overall length) or guns that have silencers or baffles (either internal or external) that will silence, muffle or in any way reduce the report (sound) of an air gun. Guns that are 30 inches or less in overall length are regulated by the State, and require a concealed gun permit or a state license to purchase a pistol.
Michigan residents may purchase pellet guns that require state permits or licenses by following these steps:
  1. Place your order online at as you normally would.
  2. Find a local participating gun dealer or gun retailer and let us know where to ship your air gun. The item will be shipped to the gun dealer or retailer in your area.
  3. Go to your local police department and get a permit to purchase the pellet gun. Each pellet gun purchased must have a separate permit.
  4. After the permit is issued to you by the police, take it to the gun store where your gun was shipped.
  5. After the permit is presented to the store and their fee is paid, they will give you the air gun.
  6. Take the air gun back to the police department for a safety check and ballistics test.
  7. After the tests are conducted and the police determine that the air gun is safe you can take the air gun home.
Illinois - Residents may directly purchase anything on including any air gun with a velocity up to 700 ft/sec or up to .18 caliber (i.e., .177 caliber BB and pellet guns). 
Any air gun being shipped to Illinois with a velocity over 700 ft/sec requires that we ship the air gun to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.

Warranties, Returns and Replacements
Warranty Period
Unless otherwise noted, all of our air guns (except for airsoft) have a one-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. All of our airsoft guns have a 30-day warranty unless otherwise noted.  Please call the manufacturer's Customer Service department directly to resolve any warranty issues.  We will be happy to help facilitate manufacturer warranty returns with any purchase documentation that may be required.  You can always access your past purchase information by logging into your account at My Account.
Any limited warranties provided by the manufacturers of our products are included in the documentation provided with the products and can be found at the website (the "Site"). There are no warranties for services. We make no express warranties except those stated in any applicable warranty statement in effect on the date of the invoice. Any such warranties will be effective, and we or the product manufacturer will be obligated to honor any such warranties, only upon our receipt of full payment for the item to be warranted. Except as otherwise stated, your use of the Site and purchase of products from us is solely at your own risk. 
Returns and Replacements
In the event that you must return an item, we have established a simple process for processing merchandise returns. Please review the following regarding our Return and Replacement policies and procedures:
Requesting a Return Authorization
Items to be returned must be in unused condition and in the original packaging with all accessories included. Equipment that has been opened from sealed packaging or has been used is not returnable.  Shipping charges are non-refundable and we cannot provide RMA credit for shipping charges.
To return products to you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us. This allows us to efficiently track and process your return. RMA requests must be requested via email - click here to request an RMA number.
Please have your order number, or our confirmation number available as proof of purchase when you request the RMA.
The RMA number provided to you MUST be written on the outside of the shipping package for immediate identification. Without an RMA number, packages cannot be accepted. We provide shipping instructions (see below) at the time the RMA number is assigned. RMA numbers will expire 30 days from the date of issue. All RMA items must be returned to during the 30 day period. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
To return an RMA package, you must receive the RMA  number from and be given the Return Address to which the item will be returned.  The RMA Return Address is a special service address and is not our corporate address.  RMA returns shipped to our corporate address without prior approval by may incur additional shipping charges for the customer in order to complete the return process.
